Description
A high-protein, creamy buffalo chicken dip made with blended cottage cheese for a lighter but just-as-satisfying twist.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup cottage cheese, blended smooth
½ cup buffalo wing sauce
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Garlic powder to taste
Green onions or blue cheese (optional for topping)
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Mix in Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and chicken.
3. Stir in half the shredded cheddar.
4. Spread mixture in a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
5. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
6. Garnish with toppings and serve warm.
Notes
To avoid a watery dip, always blend the cottage cheese smooth and avoid overbaking.
This dip keeps well in the fridge for 4 days or in the freezer for 2 months.
Try it as a spread in wraps, over baked potatoes, or in quesadillas.
