Description
Homemade Coffee Ice Cream Drumsticks combine no-churn coffee ice cream with crispy cones, a chocolate shell, and nutty toppings. They’re the perfect frozen treat to prep ahead and keep in your freezer.
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp instant coffee or espresso powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
6–8 waffle cones
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Crushed peanuts or toffee bits (for topping)
Instructions
Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
In another bowl, mix condensed milk, coffee powder, and vanilla.
Fold whipped cream into coffee mixture.
Pour into loaf pan, cover, and freeze for 6–8 hours.
Spoon melted chocolate into cones for base plug. Let set.
Scoop in coffee ice cream, freeze cones 20 minutes.
Dip tops in chocolate and add toppings. Freeze until set.
Notes
Swap instant coffee with espresso powder for a stronger kick.
Use store-bought cones or homemade if you like.
Store in freezer up to 2 weeks, wrapped individually.
